I met him when he worked for another business, and after he left to start his own carpet cleaning company, I followed him since.  No one has ever cleaned my carpets as well as Worm can do. Not a franchise, not a chain, but a family owned business that takes care of my carpet cleaning and is harder to please than I am with the results!
